Fairy

Fairy tales are a part of literature in most of the world, and fairies from around the world share common features. The fairy has been alive in the Iranian mind, thinking and history. From Avesta to popular stories, the name of the fairy has been repeated again and again. In contrast to the evil face of the fairy in Zoroastrianism, the fairy in Persian literature is the symbol of beauty, and in popular culture it is a legendary and beautiful creature that has vanished from human eyes. I reveal the fairy with her hair borrowed from nature, as all around the world the beautiful creature has to have beautiful hair.

داستان‏ های پریان بخشی از ادبیات بسیاری از مردم جهان را تشکیل می‏دهد که برخی از ویژگی‏های پریان در ادبیات همه آنان مشترک است . پری قرن‏هاست که در ذهن و اندیشه و تاریخ ایرانیان زنده مانده است. از اوستا تا قصّه‏های عامیانه؛ نام پری‏ بارها تکرار شده است و با وجود چهره اهریمنی پری در دین زردشتی، پری در ادب فارسی مظهر زیبایی است و در فرهنگ عامه  پری موجودی افسانه‏ای و بسیار زیبا و فریباست که از دیدگان انسان‏ها پنهان‏است. و من زیبایی پری را با گیسوانش که از طبیعت گرفته شده‌اند، به نمایش گذاشته‌ام؛ چون در همه جای دنیا، موجود زیبا به ناچار باید موی زیبا داشته باشد.
